While working at MD Analytics, I was the lead designer for the these infographics. My responsibilities included  the design, layout, illustrations, gathering feedback, and incorporating feedback. Through my experience, I have been able to work closely with other members on my team in fostering discussions and collaboration. Through discussion and collaboration, we have built a foundation of trust in giving and receiving feedback.
Each infographic takes about 2 weeks to complete. The 2 weeks includes sending out drafts to internal stakeholders for feedback and incorporating the changes into the design. One of my takeaways from the process of designing infographics is putting the draft directly in the body of the email. I found that this reduces the friction some stakeholders have in providing feedback in a timely manner.
